How do I book, and what does it cost?

A video consultation costs ₹599 and lasts 15 minutes. Appointments are available daily from 7–11 PM IST; the final slot starts at 10:45 PM. Choose an available appointment time.

When is my appointment confirmed?

Submitting a request does not confirm your visit. After requesting a time, pay ₹599 to UPI ID theskindoc@ybl, checking the recipient name is Nagbhushan Hegde. Share your payment reference and requested time on WhatsApp. Payment verification and booking approval are manual. Wait for your booking confirmation.

What should I prepare for a photo/message consultation?

Describe your concern and how long it has been present. Include current medicines, relevant allergies and previous treatments. Send clear, well-lit photographs without filters, including an overview and a close-up where useful. Contact the clinic on WhatsApp for payment and submission instructions.

How do I join and prepare?

Use the video link in your confirmed booking. Choose a quiet, well-lit place with a stable internet connection. Have your questions, current medicines and previous prescriptions ready.

Can every skin concern be treated online?

The doctor will assess whether an online consultation is suitable. You may need an in-person examination or further assessment. A prescription is provided only when the doctor considers it appropriate. This service is not for emergencies.

Should I send photographs before booking?

You can request an appointment without sending clinical photos on WhatsApp. Send only information relevant to your consultation, and contact the clinic if you have questions before sharing sensitive details.

How are WhatsApp messages handled?

The clinic uses WhatsApp disappearing messages set to 24 hours. This setting is not a guarantee that every copy of a message or photo is deleted, and it does not apply to appointment or payment records held outside the chat. For questions about your information, contact theskindoc15@gmail.com.

Are follow-ups included?

Follow-up consultations are free for 14 days after your consultation. Contact the clinic on WhatsApp to arrange your follow-up.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

The same refund policy applies to video and photo/message consultations. If you cancel your consultation, you will receive a full refund of the consultation fee. You will also receive a full refund if Dr Hegde is unable to make a diagnosis during your consultation. Contact the clinic on WhatsApp with your appointment details to request cancellation or a refund.
